Together we make possible the presentation of the world's leading artists to nearly 150,000 patrons each season. More than 100 free and low-cost Education and Community Programs for people of all ages reach an additional 35,000 students, adult learners and the interested public every year.
With the help of generous supporters, Cal Performances is unwavering in our commitment to ensure that the greater Bay Area community is rich in arts and culture for all. Ticket sales and other earned income cover only 60% of our operating costs; the Friends of Cal Performances, members of the Producer's Circle and other major donors help make the critical difference that offers our community artistic excellence and accessibility.
